I thought people might be interested in seeing my progress on my Shanty boat. I am building from the free plans I saw here at Duckworks from Paul Browne for Lisa B Good. I have stretched the hull to 20 ft and the width to 8 ft with a 12 ft cabin.So far I have the hull framed and I should have the plywood on by the end of the week.This has to be one of the easiest boats I ever built.The Erie canal is about 2 miles from my dock at my house so this boat will get a lot of use. I will also be using it at our camp up in Canada on the Rideau.
