An informal group of boat nuts plotting low-key gatherings of sail, human, electric and low powered small boats, and those who love them, particularly within an area convenient for residents of Oregon's upper (southern) Willamette Valley, though we've gone as far afield as the San Juan Islands and we have active members from as far away as British Columbia. Our motto is "No Fees, No Prizes, No Rules." We try hard not to take ourselves too seriously.
