This video is good. It can be used as a guide to create a name plate for a boat in one piece, which can be cut on a scroll saw. A good alternative to painting or glueing separate letters I think.
There is a new issue of Classic Yacht Magazine out. There is a good article on the Trans-Pacific Rally beginning on page 75.

I've just watched Melonseed, the Movie and Heavy Weather on the Crawford MS site. Looks like I picked a winner. The description of wind forces on the sail in the text below the Heavy Weather video is quite interesting. Looks like I'll have to get this baby finished before too long!
